We humans use our words to describe and explain everything. If words do not work then we use symbols and if symbols don’t work we draw images (pictures) of what we are trying to describe or explain. (For convenience, hereafter, I will refer to words, symbols and images collectively as “Words”.)
Words serve many purposes. They inform our relationships; they inform our measuring system; they inform our political systems, our social systems and the way we interact with our surroundings; they inform our sciences, our mathematics, our theories of everything and our models of reality. They inform our minds.
If you really think about it, Words inform our thinking and the way we think about life. In fact, if we humans really think about it, we humans could not be thinking in the way we now think without the benefit or Words.
So, what are these things called Words? How did they emerge? How can they best be used?
